- At this time we are doing our best to keep shipping costs down. We dont make a profit on shipping and there is no handling fee. All orders within the lower US will ship UPS ground. Apo/Fpo orders will ship USPS priority mail. We are now offering Free Shipping on all orders over $100.00 and everything under for just $7.95. Please note that most of our products ship from the east coast, so please take this into consideration when ordering. Most of our products ship next business day, which means that even on the west coast, products will arrive within 5-6 business days, east coast 1-3 days and midwest usually 2-4 days.

Our Return Policy
You can return an item within 30 days. Your items must reach us within 30 days from our shipment date. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Every item returned to us should be in their original condition including their original packing. We will not accept the return if the items are not in their original condition. Unfolded sheets cannot be accepted for return unless they arrived defective.
How to Return an Item
You may return an item by sending an email to: admin@justlaydown.com. Please wait for an email from us before shipping your item back to us. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by customer unless a prior agreement was arranged with us.
How Long to Credit My Account
You will receive an email from us stating the status of your refund as soon as we have inspected and processed the returned item. Once approved, credits will be issued in 1 or 3 days.

To make it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for, our product departments are listed in the pull-down menus at the top of each page of our website. When you roll your mouse over a department name, the sub-departments will appear below. Simply click on the desired sub-department and you will be taken directly to that page. For example: If you’re shopping for a 700 fill power comforter, mouse over “Comforter” and select “700+ Fill Power” from the list. The page will open and show the items in that sub-department. When more than 15 items are available, you will have the option to go to page 2. You may also change the number of items per page by clicking the dropdown box that says "Show (# of items) per page. You may also sort this page by best value, name or price by clicking on the appropriate link. Furthermore, you may view this page by grid view (default) or switch to list view by clicking the link.
You can easily refine your search by color, type, size and price. A panel on the left-hand side of each page lists all of your options. Simply click on an option on the panel and the items that meet your criteria will appear on your screen.Search by Keyword
If you're searching for a specific product, just type your search words in the search box, which you'll find at the top of every page on our site, and click on "Go". If you're searching on more than one word, and the two words are frequently used as a phrase, type your search terms in quotes for better results. Payment Information
- The forms of payment we currently accept are Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network, and American Express. We also have alternative forms of payment such as Paypal and Google Checkout. For mailed in orders, you can also pay by check or money order (please do not send cash).
We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. The current sales tax rate is 7.25%.
Viewing Orders

Once your order is placed and completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. All orders are processed within two business days of receipt of your order.
If you wish to view the status of your order, you may log into your account by clicking on the "my account" link near the top of every page, just above the search box.We do our best to closely monitor inventory levels and keep the Just Lay Down Web site as current as possible, but sometimes we receive multiple orders for items that are being either discontinued or for some other reason become unavailable before we are able to remove those products from our site. When that happens, we will notify you that the item has been "cancelled" and may suggest an alternate product. At this time, we will either substitute said item with another item or we will refund the full amount of that item with whichever payment method you used. If this does happen, we will not proceed until we have your permission to either substitute or issue a refund.
Updating Account Information
- If for any reason, you may need to update your account information, you may do so by clicking the "my account" link near the top of the page, just above the search box. Once inside, you may edit any or all of your information.
